Venice is a heavy weight cellular rubber underlay with a flat profile. Venice is slightly thicker and more luxurious than Roma but still has a heavy contract use rating and can be used in all areas. Venice has a stitch bonded paper backing and is supplied in 10 mē rolls weighing approximately 35 kg. With a tog rating of 1.0 Venice has one of the lowest thermal resistance of all the carpet underlays supplied by Ball & Young and therefore can be considered for use over underfloor heating.
